WORKING PROFESSIONAL & New mother

The hardest thing with fitness is accepting that it is a process. After carrying a child for 9 months and gaining over 45 lbs, I had to realize that I wasn’t going to “Bounce Back” over night.

I found the program to be both realistic and manageable. All it takes is an hour a day and the meal plan is by far the most important part because you can train as much as you like, but you will never out train a bad diet!

Things are going well. Hitting the Gym regularly and watching my diet as well. I dropped below the 200lbs mark this morning. Weighed in at 198lbs at the gym this morning so that’s amazing news. 1 more week to go and i’m pumped. Thanks for everything bro!

My fitness journey started all the way back in 2006, but I choose to show you a pic from 2016 so you can see how far I got in 6 years. Juxtapose that with my appearance in 2015 and 2019 (13 years after I first stepped foot into the gym), and it begs the question, what exactly changed? 3 things:
1) Discipline
2) Diet
3) Consistency
With these 3 words, I have managed to crack the code on what it takes to get lasting results in the gym, all while “being too busy” keeping a 9 to 5, raising a young child and being a spouse. If you’d like to get similar results, I encourage you to pick up one of my programs and let’s get started today!
