In life, you are the result of the choices you make. A few years ago, I made a choice to be the best version of myself. Countless morning workouts, late night meal prep sessions and numerous trips to the office fridge later, I can honestly say I have no regrets about the decision I made in September 2012. While it has been far from easy, it has been very much worth it.

Having been fortunate enough to grow up on 3 different continents, change is something that¬† became very familiar to me growing up. My parents (who I owe all my success in life to), did an amazing job of teaching me about the value of hard work and consistency. It didn’t matter where on the planet we found ourselves, one thing was always constant in my household, and that was hard work and consistency.

This early life lesson helped lay the foundation to the mantra by which I live my life – “Consistency Over Everything”. I truly believe that if you are consistent with anything in life, you will master it. This is my approach not only in the gym, but also in my professional career.

As someone who has a full-time corporate job, life can often get hectic. Factor in my responsibilities as a father, husband, brother, son, certified personal trainer, and it can be hard to find time to stay healthy. But as I always say, one of the benefits of being an adult is being able to decide what you spend your time on. If something is important to you, you (and only you) will create time for it.

If there is one thing I have learned on this journey, it is this. There is no such thing as “too busy”. YOU decide what is priority to YOU, no one else. If you have made it this far down the page, I encourage YOU to make your personal health a priority. Being busy is just another way of saying, “this is not priority”I guarantee that once you do, YOU will start seeing long lasting results in the gym
